***This Month's Martial Arts Tip - Be AWARE when walking down the street, as most fights can be avoided if you are aware of dangerous situations before you approach them. I've saw many people walk down the street towards a group of restless yobs, and die tot he fact that many of them were looking at the ground infront of their feet and listening tot heir MP3 player, they didn't even realize the gang was there until they're only a few meters away!
