Another quick tip from the Learnmartialartsonline.net monthly newsletter!

***This Month’s Tip – Ever been rushed? That’s when you’re opponent is flat out charging at you. It often happens when you’re fighting a football or Rugby player, they’re using the skills they’ve learned in the game to attack you with. Remember to keep on your toes, hit their head with a kick and move to the left or right to avoid impact. Keep in mind that you only have a few seconds to react as it’s very fast. If they make contact with you, you're going down and if you're not trained in wrestling then it’s going to be an awful fight! Keep your legs widely spread so to avoid them knocking you over on impact, and don’t let them grab you behind the knees and pull your legs out from under you! Just keep diving/moving sideways and use your knees when they get close.
